Christmas at SLM

Christmas has always been an important holiday at SLM. We are proud that we have been open every Christmas, except one year, for our members who either do not want to spend Christmas alone or prefers to spend Christmas with our members.

This year Christmas Eve will be celebrated in two parts:

• 14:00 – 20:00 Christmas together
• 20:00 – 02:00 Christmas Eve pub

Christmas together

Christmas together is the more social part of our Christmas Eve celebration where we come together for

• Christmas buffet
• The Swedish tradition of Donald Duck’s Christmas and a Christmas movie
• Christmas gift lottery
• Christmas “fika”

To participate in the Christmas gift lottery, bring a Christmas gift worth no more than 150 SEK, for the lottery.

Please note: This part may be cancelled should we have to few volunteers manning the kitchen, bar and entrance, and if too few tickets are sold.

Tickets & entrance fee

Tickets are on sale from Wednesday 23rd of November to Sunday 18th of December. Buffet and “fika” will be planned after how many tickets are sold by the end of Sunday 18th.

• Pre purchase ticket is 30 SEK including buffet. Beverages are not included.
• Drop-in tickets are 30 SEK. Buffet availability is not guaranteed.

Dress code

There is no dress code requirements on Christmas Eve, except wearing male clothes. Christmas shirts are more than welcome tonight!

Membership

Membership in SLM Stockholm, or a qualifying (A-level) full year membership in one of our brotherhood clubs within Top of Europe, is required.

If you do not have a valid membership, you must apply for one on our website before we open for the day (i.e, before 14:00).

Please, do not forget to bring your membership card, or a digital photo of it where the QR-code is scannable.
