Welcome to an important evening for the club!

It’s time to walk through the final version of the proposed new statues. The proposal will be submitted before the end of the year, which means the text can no longer be changed.

The purpose of this meeting is to:

• give a clear and understandable presentation of the full proposal
• explain the reasons behind the changes
• allow members to ask questions and get clarity
• create transparency and confidence ahead of the annual meeting

This is an opportunity to understand the proposal — not to influence it.

What will be presented

• Printed final version of the statues
• A visual before–after overview (old → new bylaws)
• A short presentation of the key changes (modernisation, flexibility, clarity)

The members’ meeting is expected to run from 19:15 to 20:00, after which the evening continues as a regular pub night.

Come as you are and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with our other nice members.

Tonight, our friends from Venhälsan, our major STD centre, will visit us between 19:30 – 21:30. They offer tests for HIV and STDs, and counselling.

Dress Code

There is no dress code required tonight. Female clothing or apparels are not allowed.

Membership

A valid membership in SLM Stockholm or a full year membership in one of our brotherhood clubs within Top of Europe or ECMC is required.

If you do not have a valid membership, you must apply for a new (or renewed) membership on our website before we open.

Note, it is not possible to sign up for a new membership at our club when we are open.
